Jack was born on July 13, 1924 and passed away on Saturday, October 6, 2018.

Jack was a resident of Saint Ann, Missouri at the time of passing.

Memorial visitation Saturday, Oct. 13, 12:00 Noon until service time 2:00 PM at COLLIER'S Funeral Home, 3400 N. Lindbergh Blvd. Memorial contributions to the American Cancer Society appreciated.
