Roy was born on March 15, 1928 and passed away on Saturday, September 8, 2018.

Roy was a resident of Caseyville, Illinois at the time of passing.

Roy grew up in Cape Girardeau and enlisted in the US Marines Corps in the midst of World War II.

Visitation: The family will receive friends from 5:00 - 8:00 pm, Tuesday, September 11, 2018 at Wolfersberger Funeral Home, 102 W. Washington St., O'Fallon. Burial with military honors will follow at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery, St. Louis, Mo. Tuesday, September 11, 2018 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM Wolfersberger Funeral Home 102 West Washington Street O'Fallon, Illinois 62269 Wednesday, September 12, 2018 12:00 PM Wolfersberger Funeral Home 102 West Washington Street O'Fallon, Illinois 62269 Burial to follow at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery, St. Louis, Missouri.
