Thomas Gerard Groll passed away peacefully within his home on Thursday, August 10, 2017. He was born April 3, 1952 to the late John H. Groll and L. Lorraine May. He is survived by his lifelong companion and friend William "Billy" Newby; his siblings Ellen (Mike) Skinner, Jack (Tana) Groll, Carol (Joann Wolf) Groll, and Philip (Lee) Groll. He was a cherished uncle to Sonya (Davin), Jace, Audrey (Lee), Delia, Abby, Jory, and Keegan, and a proud great uncle to 6.

Tom worked as an Electrical wiring specialist for many years with Westinghouse and ABB. He fulfilled many roles as friend, nephew, brother, uncle, great-uncle and will be greatly missed, as will his bright blue eyes and resonating smile. Tom truly had an enthusiasm for learning and sharing his vast knowledge on historical architecture, as well as history overall.
